I love to learn and teach others.
Over the last 20 years I have shaken a lot of pans, muddled many cocktails, birthed bars, restaurants and a bakery. As founder of The Church, Peel & Stone bakery and Secret Dining Society, I have worked with some of the best in Birmingham.
I love what I do, the people I meet, the flavours I taste. I made a pact when I entered the industry, to raise the bar. I continue to push myself and others.
I now creatively work with clients up all over the place delivering fun, tasty and interactive projects. 2025 see’s the launch of LAR.DA my new home for creative events and private dining.
